The Wales Institute for Sustainable Education (WISE) is CAT's most important project to date and is due to open to the public in June. Conferences are booked, the launch event planned
and important keynote speakers - such as Sir John Houghton, formerly of
the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and Lord Elis-Thomas are
